On Palm Jumeirah, within the celebrated towers of Royal Atlantis, a 3,060 square foot signature residence designed by KAD Designss unfolds across four bedrooms, four baths, and a powder room, each space conceived as its own study in material storytelling.
The entrance sets the tone immediately. A custom wave pattern, hand finished in textured paint, ripples across the wall in quiet contrast to the geometry that follows. A metal shelving partition acts as both threshold and screen, dividing the entry from the living and dining areas without ever closing them off. Beyond it, wood veneer panelling unfolds in disciplined geometric formation, the architectural backbone against which the furniture is free to play. An Edra On the Rocks sectional, its silhouette as sculptural as its name, softens the linear backdrop, while mustard custom ottomans punctuate the room with color. A faceted Arketipo coffee table grounds the composition, set atop a warm toned carpet, beneath a Flos chandelier suspended over the dining table like a piece of kinetic jewelry.

The fireplace, finished in textured microcement and wrapped in liquid metal sheeting, reads less like a fixture and more like sculpture, its glow choreographed by custom lighting and framed by veneer cabinetry and marble.

Each bedroom carries its own material language. Master Suite 1 is sheathed in vertical slabs of cipollino nuvolato marble, lit from within by recessed strips, and grounded by a mustard fluted upholstered panel. Master Suite 2 stages its bed beneath a sculptural arch, brushed brass threading through fluted dark wood veneer and marble inlay on the television wall. Guest Bedroom 1 leans softer, an onyx marble side table and chequered veneer shelving framing a curved, organically detailed headboard wall. Guest Bedroom 2 commits fully to atmosphere, a deep blue grooved backdrop and metallic accent strips offset by a mesh sandwiched glass television unit.

What stays with you, walking from room to room, is the marble. Cipollino nuvolato in the master suite, onyx at a bedside table, precision cut inlay framing a television wall. Add the brushed brass joinery, the fluted dark wood veneer, the mustard upholstery showing up twice, once on an ottoman, once on a headboard panel, and a clear hand emerges across all four bedrooms and the living space between them.
